About these terms
These terms apply when you use GetMyMeds or place an order through it. The service is operated by David Zeitoune trading as St Mary’s Pharmacy, 48 Fentham Road, Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull B92 0AY. The registered pharmacy premises number is 1038376.
Who may use the service
You must be 18 or over, provide accurate and complete information, order for yourself unless we expressly agree otherwise, and use a UK delivery address that we accept. Do not use the service in an emergency; call 999 or seek urgent medical help when appropriate.
Medicine information and availability
Website information supports, but does not replace, advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Product availability, pack presentation, delivery estimates, and prices may change. We try to keep information accurate and will correct material errors before supply. A product shown on the website is not a guarantee that it is in stock or suitable for you.
Consultations and clinical decisions
Prescription medicines require an online consultation and review by an authorised prescriber. Some pharmacy medicines may require pharmacist review. You must answer honestly and tell us about relevant conditions, allergies, medicines, pregnancy, and other requested information. Submitting a consultation or paying does not guarantee approval or supply. Clinical decisions are made independently and may include a request for more information, referral to another service, approval, or rejection.
Identity checks
We may ask you to complete an identity check when this is appropriate for patient safety, fraud prevention, or the medicine requested. If a required check cannot be completed, we may be unable to proceed and will handle any payment under the refund terms below.
Orders and payment
The total price, delivery charge, and any other charge are shown before payment. Payment is taken when the order is placed, before the clinical decision. Your order is accepted for fulfilment only after any required clinical or pharmacist approval and our confirmation that it can be supplied. If treatment is rejected or we cannot supply the order, we will refund the relevant payment in full to the original payment method.
Delivery
We dispatch medicines only after all required checks and approvals. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. You are responsible for giving a complete delivery address and for following tracking or delivery instructions. Please read our Delivery information page for more detail.
Cancellations, returns, and faults
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. We can usually cancel an order before dispensing or dispatch, but rights can differ for prescription healthcare products and sealed health or hygiene goods. Once a medicine has left the pharmacy it cannot be reused and should not be sent back unless we instruct you to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or supplied incorrectly. Please read our Refunds and returns page.
Safe use
Read the patient information leaflet and follow the prescriber’s, pharmacist’s, and manufacturer’s directions. Do not share medicine or use it for a purpose for which it was not supplied. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional if you experience side effects or your condition changes.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by information you withheld or made inaccurate, misuse of a medicine, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and applicable consumer rights concerning courts and jurisdiction remain unaffected.
