Delivery information

Orders that require a prescription or pharmacist review are dispatched only after the required clinical checks and approval. Completing payment does not guarantee that a medicine will be approved or supplied.

Available delivery services, charges, and estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimates normally begin after approval and dispatch, not when the consultation or order is submitted. Bank holidays, adverse weather, medicine shortages, and courier disruption can cause delays.

Medicines are sent in discreet packaging. Tracking information is provided when the selected service supports it. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and monitor any tracking messages. Some medicines or delivery services may require a signature or another secure handover.

Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem, the parcel is damaged, or it has not arrived within the estimated period. Do not use medicine from a damaged or tampered parcel until the pharmacy has advised you.
