Refunds and returns
If a prescriber or pharmacist decides that treatment cannot safely or appropriately be supplied, we will refund the relevant payment in full to the original payment method. We will also refund an item we cannot supply.
We initiate an eligible refund promptly. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears, so it may take several working days after we process it. We will confirm the outcome using the contact details on the order.
If you want to cancel, contact us immediately. We can usually stop and refund an order before it has been dispensed or dispatched. Cancellation rights can differ for prescription healthcare products and for sealed health or hygiene goods once unsealed.
For safety, medicine that has left the pharmacy cannot be returned for resale or reuse. Do not post medicine to us unless the pharmacy asks you to. A local pharmacy can advise on safe disposal of unwanted medicine.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or supplied incorrectly, contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging while we investigate. We will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and arrange any necessary return. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
